Godolphin are spoiled for choice with their plethora of talented two-year-olds currently in work, and are offered a good chance of success in the 2016 Blue Diamond Prelude F via the resuming Calliope.

Calliope has only appeared on course once competitively but has more than stamped herself as a filly to follow leading into the Blue Diamond Stakes.

Taking out a strong Randwick barrier trial prior to her competitive debut, the daughter of Exceed And Excel produced an impressive all-round effort to take out the Listed Gimcrack Stakes (1000m) on October 3rd.

Sword Of Light is yet to taste anything but success through two career starts so far but will need luck in running in the Blue Diamond Prelude for fillies after drawing the outside barrier 13.

Posting a near-six length win in an Echuca minor over 1000m on debut in December, the New Approach filly delivered a handy field a commanding defeat in the Group 3 Blue Diamond Preview F (1000m) on January 26th.

Tony McEvoy is another trainer offered plenty of opportunity for success in the two-year-old ranks this season, and will saddle leading contender Concealer in the 2016 Blue Diamond Prelude F first-up on Saturday.

Trialling well in the lead-up to her competitive debut, Concealer immediately stamped herself as a leading Blue Diamond Stakes contender when taking out the Group 3 Emirates Airline Plate (1000m) at Flemington on Melbourne Cup Day.

Peter and Paul Snowden have a big rap on Quick Feet, who could very well receive the run of the race in the Blue Diamond Prelude F from barrier 2, with Blake Shinn aboard.

While appearing on course competitively only once so far, the Northern Meteor filly overcame an early check to win the Gsssa Winners Maiden Plate (1000m) at Wyong on November 25th in impressive fashion.
